Bella Rio Bright Smash

A cocktail that wakes up the evening with a fresh citrus kick.

Ingredients:

• Bella Rio Bourbon

• Lemon

• Simple Syrup

• Mint Leaves

• Soda Water

• Ice

Directions:

• Rub lemon on the rim of your glass

• Add ice to shaker

• Add 1.5 oz of Bella Rio Bourbon, 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice, and 0.75 oz simple syrup

• Add a few mint leaves

• Shake contents in shaker

• Pour in glass

• Top off with soda water

• Adorn with a lemon wheel and mint sprig
