Watermelon Dreams

A cocktail dream of sweet watermelon in the summer

Ingredients:

  • ROCK’N Vodka

  • Fresh Watermelon

  • Simple Syrup

  • Lemon Juice

  • Campari

  • Pinch of Salt

  • Garnish with a watermelon wedge & a sprig of mint


Directions:

  • Fill a pokal glass with ice.

  • Muddle 300 g fresh watermelon in the glass.

  • In a shaker, combine:

    • 2 oz ROCK'N Vodka

    • 0.25 oz simple syrup

    • 0.25 oz lemon juice

    • 0.25 oz Campari

    • A pinch of salt

  • Shake until well mixed.

  • Strain into the pokal glass with ice.

  • Slowly pour the watermelon juice on top.

  • Garnish with a small watermelon wedge and a sprig of mint.
