Questions regarding how investors can view their investment:

Questions regarding bonus perks when people invest within the same campaign again:

• We will acknowledge the next level's perks with the supplemental investment. Your total investment in this campaign determines the investment tier bonus perks that you qualify for.

Questions regarding getting bonus perks:

• We don't receive new investor information to be able to send you the bonus perks until StartEngine fully processes you as an investor. This typically takes a few weeks and is necessary for security purposes. 

• We are collecting investor information from StartEngine and will start distributing bonus perks towards the end of our current campaign. If we send the perks out sooner, you will be notified via email.

• Some perks, such as the higher-tiered signed print by Shannon MacDonald may take a little longer as Shannon will have to produce the art then sign it and send it to Rick Nielsen for a signature (he's extremely busy on tour).

• If you invested from a previous round and never received your perks, we sent you an email on how to redeem your bonus perks. You can send us an email at contact@rocknvodkas.com and we will get your package out immediately.

Questions regarding providing personal information during the investment process:

• The information required is typical when investing and is necessary for verification. All personal information that you share is kept strictly confidential by StartEngine and will never be shared.

Questions regarding assistance in investing:

• You can reach out to startengine for help on investing (https://www.startengine.com/contact-us), and you can also have a financial advisor help you through the investment process. You are able to invest through an entity such as a Trust if available to you.

Questions regarding an exit strategy:

• As we are a start-up venture, the shares are currently illiquid, but dividends, IPO, joint venture, or acquisition are all on the table. After 12 months of holding from the close of the campaign, you will have the opportunity to trade your shares in StartEngine’s Secondary Market.

Questions regarding transferring shares for family/friends, or investing for someone else:

• Ownership can be transferred within a restricted period given that it is a familial relationship. Please note that ownership cannot be transferred until the investor is vested and the offering is closed. As such, there is not an immediate action step that can be taken when an investment is already finalized.

• Ownership of the equity is given to the person whose information is inputted.
